Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation

These are the terms (the “Agreement”) that govern your attendance at and/or participation in a HeyLED free-to-view screening hosted by Krikorian Premier Theatres, on behalf of the manufacturer, Shenzhen Timewaying Ltd, and its reseller, Arts Alliance Media.

‘The HeyLED Experience Survey’ or ‘the Event’ are the terms given for the free-screening event as defined by the ‘Event Organisers’; Shenzhen Timewaying Ltd and Arts Alliance Media.

By registering for the Event you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between Shenzhen Timewaying Ltd, Arts Alliance Media, and the registered attendee and/or participant (“you”). If you are registering on behalf of another, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by obtaining a ticket you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.

1. Requirements

1.1. Review requirements. In exchange for admission to the Event, participants agree to provide accurate feedback on their experience as detailed by Event Organisers. The format of participants feedback may include, but is not limited to, a recorded post-screening interview, photograph, digital survey form, or tagged media uploaded to the participants’ social media channels.
1.2. Social media. In exchange for admission to the Event, participants agree to upload a video to either Twitter, Instagram, or Tik-Tok, providing a review of their on-screen experience with the hashtag #HeyLEDexperience.

2. Event Admission

2.1. Fees. There is no fee attached to the HeyLED Experience Survey. Viewing and admission is free based on the requirements detailed by Event Organisers.
2.2. Admittance. Your ticket entitles you to admittance to the Event. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you. The Event Organisers shall have no liability for such costs.
2.3. Termination. You acknowledge that Event Organisers reserves the right to request your removal from the Event if Event Organisers considers your presence and/or behavior to create a disruption or to hinder the Event and/or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees or speakers.
2.4. Event Content. You acknowledge and agree that Event Organisers, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, on-screen content, and time.
2.5. By attending the Event, you grant to Event Organisers, subject to any relevant provisions of law, the right to:

record, film, photograph or capture your reaction and involvement at the Event in any media now available and hereafter developed; and
distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, the media referred to in the paragraph above, [and the feedback and/or review referred to in paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2,] without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This right includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by Event Organisers.

4. General

4.1. Personal Information. By registering for the Event, you understand that the Event Organisers may hold and process your personal data (including your name and email address) to contact you about the Event.
4.2. Limitation of Liability. The Event Organisers will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising in connection with this Event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
