Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation

These are the terms (the “Agreement”) that govern your attendance at and/or participation in a HeyLED free-to-view screening hosted by Krikorian Premier Theatres, on behalf of the manufacturer, Shenzhen Timewaying Ltd, and its reseller, Arts Alliance Media.

‘The HeyLED Experience Survey’ or ‘the Event’ are the terms given for the free-screening event as defined by the ‘Event Organisers’; Shenzhen Timewaying Ltd and Arts Alliance Media.

By registering for the Event you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between Shenzhen Timewaying Ltd, Arts Alliance Media, and the registered attendee and/or participant (“you”). If you are registering on behalf of another, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by obtaining a ticket you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.

2.5. By attending the Event, you grant to Event Organisers, subject to any relevant provisions of law, the right to:

  • record, film, photograph or capture your reaction and involvement at the Event in any media now available and hereafter developed; and
  • distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, the media referred to in the paragraph above, [and the feedback and/or review referred to in paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2,] without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This right includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by Event Organisers.

4. General

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
